Career History
Siena joined KADA Research after graduating from University College London (UCL) with a BSc in Economics and Geography. During her studies she focused on economic development, place-based policy and social value impacts.
Strengths & Experience
Siena’s key strengths lie in desk research, survey and data analysis, and report writing. She has experience conducting meta-reviews of evaluations and best practice, analysing and presenting quantitative data and policy reviewing. Her evaluation experience spans performance analysis and primary research, particularly in relation to skills, productivity, and place-based evaluation.
Outside of Work
Siena enjoys playing hockey, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She is a keen sports fan, regularly watching cricket and football, and is a passionate Arsenal supporter.
Interesting Fact
Siena has travelled to countries across every continent except Antarctica, with highlights including visiting Machu Picchu in Peru.
